(Served in an American pint glass)
A- This beer has a slightly hazy orange glow with a thick tan head that leaves rings with each sip. There are no bubbles visible.
S- The soft smooth malt aroma has a very light band-aid hint with a hint of sweaty note aswell.
T- This beer has a nice malt with a slight smoke hint and a light tang upfront. There is a soft musty leave note that comes through when it warm. There is a soft green note that melds into a bitter note that grows. There is a soft caramel wort note with a mixed pale malt flavors but it is not really sweet.
M- This beer has a medium mouthfeel with a slight creamy feel.
D- This beer has a nice smooth session beer flavor but there is a bit of a light malt complexity and flavor.

The current cask conditioned ale at Lafayette Brewing Company. Poured into an English style pint glass.

Appearance: Hazy, light brown in color. Creamy, 3/4 inch, white head that falls slowly and breaks into several little islands of foam.

Smell: Sugary, sour smell with a background of floral hops.

Taste: Creamy inital taste, that fades into a medium level of hops, with a long lingering bitter finish.

Mouthfeel: Low level of carbonation, as expected.

Taste: Wow, I could drink this stuff all day.

This one seems to be available pretty frequently at the LBC. It is served up smooth and creamy via handpump. It is a beautiful copper color with a 2-3 finger white foam head. Smell is as one would expect; a few hop notes balanced by citrus. The taste is very clean, not as bitter as I would like for an IPA. It has a large malt backing but a few hints of hop bitterness do come through. Mouthfeel is a dream, smooth and creamy with the head remaining until the very last drop. Drinkability is pretty good considering it takes me a couple pints of this before i even want to consider moving onto something else
