Presentation: Arrives in an Imperial pint glass at slightly lower than cellar temperature.
Appearance: Small 1/4 inch, light tan head. Settles to just a thin coating. Medium to dark brown with slight hint of red. Slight chill haze.
Smell: Caramelly and slightly biscuity malt. Slight metallic aroma.
Taste: Smooth malt flavor with bready yeast taste. Very low bitterness in the finish. Long, lingering aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: Low carbonation, maybe a little higher than most LBC beers. Decent body.
Drinkability: Good, easy drinking beer. Currently available on cask, I would be interested to try a cask conditioned lager.
