750 ml bottle bottled in Beijing on a Monday and consumed on a Thursday in Salt Lake City. Thanks Wang Yan! Alot going on with this beet. First it made the 5800 mile voyage and Pours like a thing of beauty! Lots of creamy white head during the pour. Immediately hit with floral, herbal, spicy, and fruity notes. First sip a little peppery followed by floral and then fruity notes. Banana is the main fruit I get. Good mouth feel and a easy drinking beer.

Tap at Liquid Laundry in Shanghai.
Nice creamy head, semi clear golden color, nice lacing.

Mild peppery note, gristy saison malts, grainy, hint of fruity esters, floral.

Taste pepper right off, fruity, herbal, quite floral with spices, gristy grainy malt, semi sweet malt, fruity, mild esters and phenols, touch of pepper heat, little dough, fair to mild bitterness, dry but sticky finish.

Mouth is med bod, decent carb.

Again, had on location, so scribbled notes:
- spiced beer, with Shandong date honey and Sichuan peppercorns, 6.3%
- really subtle honey in the sweetness, that keeps at a decent enjoyable level; helped by a big fruitiness (light acidic, bigger ripe fruit, and huge grapefruit), some low spices (clove, pepper); huge hoppy bitterness, green tea-like in the finish
