Had on tap at the brewery/pub. Brewed in collaboration with Boxing Cat Brewery from the same city, and Le Ble d'Or from Taiwan.
Typical weizenbock with nice accentuated banana and clove, dense wheat, with a warm alcohol characteristic and some would say a "soapy" feel. Lots of complex fruitiness, especially from the hops. Spicy and earthy yeasts. Really floral, nicely spiced with vanilla, and the huge hoppy nuke in the finish, like most of the Great Leap brews.
This was my favourite from the bunch, lots of work invested into this one.
