Brewed with Cinnamon and Chinese rock candy.
On tap at the brewery, so quick notes.
On the menu they wrote that you shouldn't expect a sweet brew, and they're right. Not much to smell. Taste isn't too complex either, except for peppery prickly cinnamon, just a bit of random dark fruit, some dusty wood notes and very low caramel.
Not refreshing, actually quite bland, but at least now i know what (just) cinnamon does to a beer.
