Poured from the tap into a pint glass at the Hengshan Rd. location.
A: Slightly hazy golden color. White head that lasted an ok amount of time.
S: Plenty of juicy hops here. Lots of citrus peel - lemon and grapefruit. Some pine in there. A hint of balancing malt.
T: Smooth and balanced. Not super bitter but also not bland. This is a good hop level for me, balanced with plenty of bread. Piney and even some floral hops. Nice.
F: Slightly drying and medium bodied.
Overall, a good surprise since I usually don't get APAs. They had rotated out the IPA for this one, and I thought I'd give it a go.
