Poured from the tap into a pint glass at the Hengshan Rd. location.
A: Slightly cloudy or hazy surprisingly. Head fizzed out very quickly. The beer itself is a birght straw color.
S: Grainy with white bread and very little hop character to speak of.
T: Not bad. Nice grainy beery character. Finishes lightly bitter and leaves you wanting more.
F: light carbonation and body and slightly drying
Overall, this is no Euro pale, as I was initially expecting. This is a legit pilsner. Refreshing and flavorful. Good reminder that beers don't have to be extreme to be tasty.

On tap in a 0.5L glass at the brewery in Shanghai.
Look - honey colored, actually richer hue than most pilsners, attractive ample head and lacing
Smell - sweet, unexpected floral smell
Taste - light bodied, strong bitterness with a lingering bitter taste
Feel - crisp, carbonated feel as expected for the style
Overall - a better interpretation of the style (taste-wise) than their other products, but definitely nothing remarkable

Tap at the brewery in Shanghai.
Pours hazy golden yellow pilsner color, decent creamy head and lacing.
Nose is yeasty at first, doughy bread yeast, light toasty pilsner, little grassy hop, hint lemongrass.
Toasty pilsner, lemongrass, light straw and hay, little bready dough, cracker finish with grassy hops mild bitterness,
Mouth is lighter bod, nice carb
