Sista Ginger is dominated by the 'hand squeezed lemons' on the palate but ginger and spice does come through in this interesting, tart, slightly funky (infection?) and refreshing beer
aroma: Ginger, spice, nutmeg and slight citrus (Ginger and spice comes through alot more strongly in the aroma than the palate)
taste: Zesty and tart lemon dominate with a hint of spice and ginger.
not what I expected in a Ginger beer but nevertheless tasty, refreshing and enjoyable to drink. Quite flat with little to no carbonation so not sure that was intended? Anyway, a lemon/ginger beer describes it well.
