Bright ruby red color, quite carbonated. Light brown foam, fizzy and almost evanescent.
In the smell malt, some toastiness, rye bread, light fruitiness. All with something "wild" and mineral. And caramel.
Quite caramel in the taste, then malt, toasted, and some hazelnut fruity notes.
In the finish, a decent bitterness allows the right drinkability.
Strange, peculiar, but, quite interesting.
