in the face of the BPA and saison comparison this sits somewhat in the middle. its a belgian blonde that is brewed on buckwheat. this gives it a slightly darker look then usual. golden/orange cloudy in color with a nice belgian head. nose is like buckwheat honey and in intense quality of lavender. this lavender carries over into the palate with a blonde mild sweet palate like that of a well place czech pils. the buckwheat give it a sesame earth fig but it quality balanced with a floral perfume notes. great quality.
