An unusual combination in between a hoppy (cara red) pale ale and a belgian white (wheat malt and some fruit - i guess bitter oranges or maybe grapefruit. Very drinkable and refreshing at ony 5,5% abv.
Pours hazy golden blonde, two finger white head, medium retention, lightly carbonated, micro bubble.
Smell, melllow malts some flowert and salty caramel notes.
First impression is wonderful, refreshing taste, light floral and citrus notes, not too sweet, but with the aftertaste a lingering bitterness kicks in that is slightly unpleasant.
Mouthfeel, good, a little bit on the watery and ephemere side.
