It's an English Golden Ale but the option wasn't there so I listed it as English bitter because it's only available on tap.
A: Dull straw with a condensed off-white head which sticks around. It's not a thick one though.
S: Nothing.
T: Too much white bread and the foam tastes metallic. The body has a soft effervescence and it's watery but then English golden ale was designed as a substitute for lager. There's strong lemonade/shandy at points but not much in the finish. As it warms I get more tea. It's a bit sulphurous and slightly smokey/bacony. I'm also detecting some blackberry which makes me wonder if Kiwi hops have been used.
O: It's not the freshest pint I've had. Fortunately I've had better ones so I know what it's all about. At its very best though it's like something made with a homebrew kit. There is no good craft beer being made in Korea.
