Pours a clear, pale golden color with a bubbly head, immediately vanishing after pouring.
Smells of whole grain bread, straw and a well dosed herbal hoppiness.
Has a perfectly balanced, lighter mouthfeel with a well nuanced, softer carbonation to it, which devolops a nice effervescence during its finish.
Tastes of crackers, bread rind, an aqueous softness, a light mineralic flavor and timidly cautious straw. This first impression changes fundamentally after the beer‘s carbonation increases to a recogizable effervescent quality, which invites a calm, but nuanced hop bite to the taste, adding a surprising depth to the so far revealed flavors. Finishes with unleashed noble hops, producing a taste defining dryness, perfectly accompanied by the bready malt foundation of this, leading to a surprisingly long lasting and intense finish.
The hops define this in a bravorous way, adding a long going dryness, which takes its place marvellously well between the bread dough and lighter straw.
