Pours a filtered amber color with a solid, froth white head.
Nose is instantly filled with a plethora of tropical hops. Passion fruit, papaya, kiwi, lime peel and ripe orange create the complex hoppiness in this, gently feathered by a prominent grass note, as well as a note of caramel malts.
Has a light, smooth mouthfeel, with a crisp, well carbonated finish, defined by a long lasting hop bite.
Tastes of toffee, bread dough, an aqueous softness and a timid grassiness. A dry bite develops from the grass flavor, turning more prominent by exhibiting lemon zest, kiwi and oranges, toned down by an earthy note. Finishes entirely focussed on the hops, intriguingly bitter, with a healthy fruit and herb interplay, balanced by a calming malt note.
This is great! Truly refreshing, crisp and bitter, with a well nuanced herbal to fruity dryness, letting enough space on the palate for malts to cut through.
