Pours a slightly clouded amber color with a thin head to it.
Smells of floral hay, flour and a light note of grass.
Has a light and refreshing mouthfeel with a perfectly balancing, sparkling carbonation.
Tastes of old grass, wrapped up into hay and some bread dough. This gets sparkly then by a mineralic effervescence, together with a well pronounced toffee and cracker quality. Finishes with a herbal dryness, gently complimenting to the soft malt foundation in this.
Very well made Kellerbier with a nice emphasis on its carbonation, which successfully adds a nice zing to the otherwise mellow and well matched flavors.
