Pours a slightly clouded amber yellow with a smaller to medium sized head.
Smells of cooked peas, hay, old grass and a whiff of watermelon.
Has a light and refreshing mouthfeel with a light, well balanced body.
Tastes of crackery malts, enriched by some toffee and a herbal, slightly fruity hop note. Develops a soft, aqueous note after the swallow, with the malts growing more profound by adding a gentle rusticness. Finishes with a moderate sweetness, still relying on a crackery toffee foundation, topped off by a light, prevailing herbal dryness.
Well brewed, light and gentle Lager, certainly relying on its overall balance.
