Cask at O'Neill's Bar & Restaurant, Dublin, Ireland
A: The beer is hazy dark amber in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high frothy white head that gradually died down, leaving a collar around the edge and lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of nutty malts and spicy hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste is primarily dominated by flavors of spicy hops and also has underlying notes of nutty malts. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a low amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has quite a dose of hoppy aromas and flavors for a brown ale, but it isn't really that bitter.
