Had on tap. Exactly as advertised, a saison like belgian ale with straw, earthy tones, and grass, soured and darkened by elderberry, plum, cranberry, lemon, and ginger root. Not overly sour, but still has a little kick on the end. Smooth and goes down nice. Let warm up, really unlocks flavors!

Pours a cloudy amber colour. Very faint aromas, grains, tartness, and cranberry. Tastes slightly tart at first, then mellows out into a crisp, fruity cranberry, lingonberry finish. Very crisp, clean tastes, and lighter than expected.
