Excellent beer. I've purchased this locally produced product a few times at Wegmans and have always enjoyed the rich flavor. Chocolate flavor is very nice and not too pronounced or too sweet. I recently found this on tap at Donnellys and enjoyed it even more.

On tap at the Penfield Pour House in Penfield, NY, in an oversized shot glass as part of a flight.
Pours a dark brown, nearly opaque. Tan, light-mocha colored head, about half an inch.
Smells and tastes like pure chocolate. Like cold hot chocolate- tons of Hershey's syrup and cocoa powder. Mild hop bitterness doesn't add much to the profile of this beer.
Medium bodied mouthfeel, wish it was a bit thicker, but appropriately creamy.
A good local beer, but lots of chocolate porters surpass it.

Appearance: Pours out a chocolate brown color with a nice tan head that leaves plenty of lacing
Smell: Chocolate tones overwhelm the nasal passages
Taste: Chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Really enjoyed the chocolate flavor here but felt that the mouthfeel was a letdown; would have preferred a fuller, creamier body
