On-tap at Rogue Ales Public House, San Francisco, CA
A: The beer is hazy yellow in color and has some notes of amber hues but no visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high off white head that has very good retention properties, consistently leaving a short head covering the surface.
S: Light aromas of citrusy and piney hops are present int eh nose along with hints of caramel malts.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste has flavors of orange citrus along with notes of pine and hints of caramel malts.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA goes down rather easily; the cask lends an 'old school' feel t the mouthfeel, making this taste like an English Pale Ale.
Serving type: nitro-tap
