An "extra pale ale" according to the brewery. It's a golden yellow brew with white foam in the pint shaker. Quite hoppy, thin body, and zippy mouthfeel. Pleasingly aromatic with a touch of melon and orange.
Clear and dry with a modest light malt undertone. Grapefruit peel aftertaste. This is certainly light in every way, but it's like a tasty lager, crisp and refreshing with a substantial dose of hops. On tap at Bistro SF Grill on 24th at Castro.
