Purchased at Healthy Spirits in San Francisco. Bottle said "Healthy Spirits Exclusive".
Appearance: A very hazy dark orange color, with a good head and nice lacing.
Smell: Oak, agave, orange, and honey. Smells a bit sour.
Taste: Compared to the regular Grand Cru, this had a sour oaky taste. Not sure what the oak was aged in – I’m thinking white wine rather than bourbon; maybe that's the Healthy Spirits version?
Mouthfeel: A bit sour; nice carbonation, good smoothness.
Drinkability: This was ok, but I like the non-barrel aged Grand Cru a lot more.

A - Pours a very hazy golden-orange with a finger of frothy white head. The head fades down at a normal pace leaving behind some nice lacing.
S - Aroma is a mix of sweet caramel malt, honey, agave, Belgian yeast, oak, vanilla, Bourbon, dark fruits, and some booze.
T - Starts off with a mix of sweet caramel malts, honey, spices, dark fruit, and vanilla. Through the middle, oak and Bourbon come through with some agave, Belgian yeast, and some more spices. The finish is a mix of oak, Bourbon, vanilla, caramel malts, agave, honey, spices, Belgian yeast, and some booze.
M - Full bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a sweet, warming, and spicy finish.
D - Very drinkable. Great balance of barrel flavors in the base beer. Good complexity.
