Received a 20 oz. imperial pint. Minimal head of off-white foam. Clear body of bright amber.
Smell was muffled by the smokey pub. Floral.
Taste was syrupy sweet & grainy. Biscuity malts. Alcohol was apparent. Rich.
Mouthfeel was rather zesty for an ESB.
From the Website: English-style ESB, brewed as Beak's Best in its original incarnation in 2002, then reformulated as St. Radegund in 2005.
