A citrus and urea tinged Simcoe brew with somewhat weak caramel malt

A: Very slightly hazy yellow body with fleeting half finger white head.
S: Rank Simcoe aromas of citrus and cat pee. Weakish malt on sweet toasted caramel and butter.
T: Thankfully, malt is bigger on the palate, with the same flavors as the nose. Hops are also similar, though they are less citrus and more resinous.
M: Medium body with a dry, grainy texture.
O: I usually like Simcoe hops, but this brew brought out some of its fouler elements. Still, it was somewhat enjoyable.
