This beer is classified as a Weizen Doppelbock
It pours dark amber brown, borderline black with almost no head to speak of. The aroma of this beer is fairly week, theres a little wheat and some dark fruit charaters. The taste of this beer is a bit more bold. There is a lot of wheat, rye, a slight tartness. There is some dark fruit in here and some roasted malts along with a good bit of caramel. This beer drinks fairly easy for the size. It has a rather large mouthfeel. The aftertaste matches the beer and has a fairly dry finish. Nice stuff.
