Fitting that my 100th rated beer was a new offering from Blackrocks. Blackrocks makes some very fine IPA’s, MyKiss is in my top 3, along with all-time greats like Two-hearted. Although this is not an American IPA like those, let’s see how this one stacks up.
Look: Haze bomb. Looks nearly like orange juice with a thin layer of white head on top that could surely be accentuated by a more aggressive pour. Can is pleasing to the eye as well.
Smell: Smell is great, notes of fruit, hops, and wheat is what my nose gives me.
Taste: Tastes how it smells, fruity with a wheat note towards the end. Not as much hop. Great tasting hazy though.
Feel: I had nearly 3/4 of the can finished before I knew what I wanted to give it for a taste ranking. Little to no alcohol taste, with a full mouthfeel.
