Stemming from the Burton-On-Trent region of England, the hard water produced a refreshing, Pale Ale with plenty of hoppy bite. You can expect a medium bitterness with slight fruity esters and an overall great balance.

A: The beer is clear light amber in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger off white head that left a narrow collar around the edge, some specks of bubbles on the surface, and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of pale malts and mineral water are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, having flavors of mineral water with notes of apple juice and pale malts. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer smells and tastes fruitier compared to other pale ales. I liked the attributes of mineral water.
