Pilsner originated in Pilsen, Czech Republic in the 1840’s. Soft water & high hopping rates with mild malt character define this beer. Perhaps the most notable ingredient is the early use of lager yeast, cold fermentation and aging. This clean and crisp (delicate and refined easy drinker) is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
