Listed at 5% ABV. Purchased from LCBO for $3.95 CDN. Served cold into a pint glass and review from notes.
Appearance - Quite hazy muddy golden color with honey brown. Good finger of head that recedes slowly and sparse lacing left behind.
Smell - Citrus, mostly grapefruit with underlying earthiness. Rather muted.
Taste - Pretty much like the nose, starts bitter but fades out slowly. Some earthy and leafy undertones here.
Mouthfeel - Easy drinking, good middling carbonation and an appropriate amount of carbonation. Finishes a bit dry.
Overall - Solid IPA /APA that warrants another look although a bit pricey.
