Had from the tap at the brewpub, served in a pint glass.
opaque black in color, thick off-white head. nice toasty aroma of bitter cocoa and a bit of coffee. taste follows with the same favors. Good balance, not too sweet or too dry. thicker mouthfeel fits the beer.
Overall - a good beer if you want full flavor, but still easy drinking.
