served from the tap at the brewpub into a pint glass.
appears copper in color, with thin white head that fades. sweet sugary aroma. taste is all malt as expected, but it's just a touch too sweet for my liking - although I don't think out of style for a Scotch Ale. medium body and carbonation. can't tell it's a higher alcohol brew so watch out.
