I am a little biased because I am the brewer. Love the taste. Still working on aroma. I will though at times drink this out of the fermenter if we are low.we used to have the absolute best but ran out of armadillo and cannot get since we are so small

I enjoyed a pint at the taproom/brewery in Wolf Point. This is a medium amber unfiltered ale with solid character. Carbonation is moderate and fine with good lacing on the glass. Hops are pleasantly present and while IBU for the batch is unpublished, seemed to be in the 80 neighborhood. Overall very satisfying and worth repeating.

I guess this beer takes it's name from the fact that the brewpub is also Doc Z coffee house during the day.
poured from the tap, the beer appears dark copper in color, with little head. nice hoppy aroma - a bit piney and herbal. taste starts with hearty malt flavors but then finishes with an earthy hops aftertaste. definitely has a bitter bite, a bit astringent as you drink. average body.
