Poured a hazy straw yellow with a finger of bright white head. Aroma of lemon, bread, and a touch of banana.
Moderate carbonation and a light, creamy mouthfeel. Smooth biscuit and gentle spice up front with hints of lemon and grass on the finish. Light, crisp, and refreshing.

A: Poured a cloudy light yellow color with good carbonation and a nice white cap
S: Light fruits on the nose with some definite wheat
T: I have always found this style to be a mini hef in flavor. Lots of fruity esters(banana, a hint at an apple) wheat and a flower.
M: Body was light, airy and carbonation was pretty spot on for the most part, perhaps a touch high but not very noticable. Lots of flavor, crisp and clean
