Poured into a small shaker pint glass. Pours a hazy, light straw amber with thin white head that leaves light lacing. Aroma of wheat, bready malt, mild clove and odd estery component. Flavor of semi-sweet wheat, cloves, coriander, mild citrus and grassy hops. Finishes dry with residual clove, coriander and spicy wheat. Medium body with active carbonation. A nice domestic take on a witbier. Covers the spicing and wheat profile. Light and pleasant.

This is one of those reviews where I like the beer better than the score will show. Served in straight pint glass. Poured a golden yellow color, more like a Pilsener than any other Wit I've seen, with 3/4 inch of white head that had good retention and lacing.
The aroma was slightly sweet, but had a lot of bright, bold spices to play off of the base grains. There was a nice yeast scent as well. On the tongue, all the flavors played well together, but this beer tasted a bit more like a spiced Bier de Garde than it did a Wit.
The body was much fuller than the usual Wit, and was much more sticky-sweet as well. Drinkability was very good, although I probably wouldn't have more than 2 in a row, due to the sticky mouthfeel. Overall, a very nice brew, one I highly recommend, just don't expect a beer that stick to style. Certainly worth your time if you see it.
Note: The bartender told that this is a Wit, and the beer wasn't listed on the breweries website. If this isn't the correct style, I'll happily change my score, as I thought that if you approach this beer as a Light Bier de Garde, I would have given it much better numbers.
