From the Kalea Bier Advents Kalender. From the bottle, it pours a clear golden color with a nice head. The head slowly dissipates to a thin layer. Nicely malty and a bit of hops in both the nose and mouth! Yum!

A clear golden brew with large bubbles, a white head that leaves some lacing.
Smells rather fruity, peras, tropical fruits and some grass.
Starting with sweet white bread, then fresh lemon, some pine apple juice, and then hops, grass, hay, nettles.
Medium carbonation, somewhat coarse charatcter, medium body and a good dry finish.
Revitalizing and enjoyable.

Drank this beer in a hotel in Karlsruhe. It was late at night when i got there after a five hour drive. I was very thirsty and i drank the bottle without a glass. My companion drank the beer in the original glass.
It's a true German beer, brewed in the long tradition they have. The beer gives a nice full head and the head stays for quit a time.
The taste is fresh and with some citrus from the hop. There is a nice carbonation.

Poured from a .5L bottle to a pils glass the brew is light straw yellow with great carbonation. The head is big and white and leaves very good lace.
The smell is faint, light hops and a mild bready base.
The taste is good, medium sharp hopy taste, nice light bready malt. Some nutty quality to it as well, the complexity is good.
The mouthfeel is light airy and crisp, with good carbonation.
The drinkability is really nice the brey is crisp and delicate with about as much hops as I have had for a while.
Prosit. MK
