Nothing but terrible experiences at this place. It is a big store with big selection but most of that selection is old and way past its best by date. The staff are unfriendly and terribly uneducated about products (probably cause most of them aren't of legal drinking age) and all of them make you feel like you're really putting them out if you ask for help. The one kid who's supposed to be their "beer guy" once sold my friend every out of code IPA they had on the shelf when he went out there searching for bday gifts for me. Also I went in once last year when nugget nectar was released to try and get a growler fill on to have that "beer guy" tell me they were going to age the keg until next year. Growler prices are high too.

Still a relatively new store, but they have one of the better craft beer selections in the area.
The selection seems to expand every time I enter the store and the crafter beer seems to be eating away at the bad wine shelf space, which is a good thing. They now have a build your own 6 pack area which is nice, but as of now I tried most of the beers that they have available to build with. The growler stations are the biggest selling point for this location, and they recently added another. They have a nice variety on tap and have an email list that lets you know when they change the kegs.
The staff is courteous; however the manager and one other employee seem to be the only ones who know about craft beer. One of the employees came over to me and asked some pretty odd questions when she saw me looking for sediment and a date on a bottle, after the questioning was through, when she was walking away she said “… well I don’t know that much about beer”.
Overall a nice store with a decent selection and good potential.

My first time hitting this place was after a beer guy from the store posted on BA about the KBS release. That alone shows an appreciation for the advocates.
I was giving a number (7) for the release to ensure a bottle and browsed while I waited. During my time there, I was asking if I needed any help a couple times and the beer guy was very helpful. I overheard a girl ask about a beer and he told her that she could spend her money in a better way by buying another product. This impressed me. He passed over an opportunity to sell a lower quality product to inform her of a better choice. This showed a true desire to help the consumer.
In addition to this display of service, when I asked about the freshness of a few other Founders products, the beer guy was honest and helpful.
This place had growlers for sale. As impressed as I was that they had world-wide on draft, growlers of that could be trouble. However, for a newer store, it shows that they have some pull for quality beer.
Lots of beer review hangers for people and world ranks for introduction.
Overall, a pleasant experience. A def stop when I'm in the area.
