Tasted at the Orange Blossom Festival in Riverside, California, on a cold and rainy day.
Appearance a medium brown that was pretty translucent, with a very nice looking off-white head.
Aroma and flavor tracked fairly closely- generally malty and semi-sweet, with no hops aroma or flavor. This stuff was very mellow and smooth, with a hint of smokiness that really added a lot to the flavor profile.
Notes: The tap was too cold, and a lot of flavors were probably hidden (it did no good trying to let it warm up, it was too cold out). I will try to get to the brewery and try it under better conditions.
