On tap at Main Street Brewery in Corona, CA.

Pours a clear orange with a foamy bone head that fades to nothing. Small dots of lace slowly drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, and caramel aromas. Taste is much the same with a caramel flavor on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is drinkable but nothing that stands out.

Had this on tap.

A - poured a honey amber color leaning towards a lemon rind yellow with a good finger of head.
S - Scents of grain and biscuits hits your nose in a pleasant bready way. I like this.
T - I'm not sure what maibocks are supposed to taste like, but i like this taste. As i suspected, i can taste the grain with a faint hop presence finishing with more grain and a slight mineral tint.

Good solid carbonated mouthfeel, punchy yet soothing. I like this brew. I'm going to revisit my review after i've had some different maibocks.

This slightly hazy golden offering sports a short white cap of foam offering decent lacing on a beer-clean glass.

The nose is husky with grain, a background hop note, and occasional notes of an alcohol ester.

Entry features subdued carbonation with a full-bodied mouthfeel which transitions into a midtaste showcasing an excellent mix of malts.

The finish offers a clean Saaz hop-bite followed by a lingering malty fade. All in all a solid offering from an up-n-coming brewchain...
