I'm really liking the latest brews from Back Street.
A- poured a cloudy walnut-brown, ice-T color with a finger of cappucino colored head that lasted halfway thru my pint. Beautiful color.
S - Scents of vanilla hit my nose but all else was rather faint... until it warmed up a little. The the vanilla was more pronounced and the esters opened up like a bloom. Clean mellow but present scent.
T - Mmmm good. French vanilla ending with bitters on the finish balanced with some sweet toffee and malts.
This brew goes down very easy and is crisp. I'll be coming back for moe.
