Poured a golden dark amber but with no head to speak of.
The aroma was a beautiful combination of nut brown malts...rich and very aromatic.
Taste is very dry burnt malt with almost no sugar present. Moves quickly to dry hops.
It seems to have a very thin mouthfeel for the style to me and the aftertaste is mostly just burnt malt.
I won't revisit this one....not impressed at all. Too dry and too thin for the style IMHO.
