Wutisit? is a dark rye beer infused with chocolate. Served in a "shortie", on to the beer:

Think of a liquid as brown as cola, but with a dark enough body that light doesn't penetrate through it. Almost no head or lacing from my sample. The aroms is chocolate syrup at first, burnt sugar and brownie mix are then picked up. As for the taste, it tastes like a well balanced chocolate beer. The rye provides a good backbone to the chocolate. Subtle lemon zest from the rye. It goes spicy/peppery for brief moments (is it the rye or the hops doing that?), then the rye encoruages a long dry aftertaste of unsweetened choclate and rye.

Quite the unusual beer, but quite the treat without being too sweet.
