On-tap at Back Street (Irvine)
A: The pour is a shockingly fluorescent light yellow color with a white head.
S: A decent citrus (orange) aroma with a light maltiness. Overall, though, there's a weird aroma. Perhaps some strange floral notes.
T: Solid citrus rind flavor that lends some bitterness as well as some lightly floral and grassy hop notes. A hint of pine and a decent amount of bread forward malt.
M: The body is on the light side of medium with a moderate carbonation.
D: A pleasant flavor, but nothing awe-inspiring or really something that I'd look forward to having again.

Had this at the Culver (Irvine) location. Part of a lengthy sampling session over a few weeks designed to isolate the best of their offerings (my quest for great, fresh, local on-tap brews in Irvine has been largely a thankless one thus far).
Pours a pale gold with an orange-ish tint. Smells faintly of floral and pine notes, sort of.
Taste is not unpleasant, but nothing to write home about. Some pine, a bit of citrus, a pleasant crisp sweetness to it. Nothing mind blowing.
Well carbonated, quaffable.
