Bob whipped this one out just for the State Beer Festival.
A - Poured a nice golden-blonde with 2 fingers of fluffy white head. Dissipated slow and left nice lacing. Good retention for a lambic style brew.
S/T - Honey, Belgian-like funk, and brett. There may be some bittering hops, but the IBUs are not detectable. Really good.
M - Moderate bodied, well-balanced, light alcohol, and slightly, but not overpowering sour.
D - Great brew! Bob is good enough to stray from the Main Street label, but don't tell him I said that.
