Pours a cloudy (????) yellow with a bunch of haze. Maybe a half inch of off-white head. Huh? This looks nothing like an IPA.
Smells kind of ... spicy? And with ... cloves?? and Oranges? What the? I asked three times if this was an IPA, and had her check the tapline. Bartendress said repeatedly that it was. Okay...guess their IPA tastes like a hefeweizen.
Tastes like it smells. Some bittering hops, some orange rind, a bit of weird spiceiness. Just a weird package.
Not an awful beer, just not to style, and not that great.
