On tap at Main Street Brewery in Corona, CA.
Pours a clear orange with a foamy bone head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus fruit, and citrus zest aromas. Taste is much the same with a citrus zest flavor on the finish. There is a mild amount of roasty bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with a citrus forward hop presence in the aroma and flavor.

Pint at the brewery in Corona on Friday night, reviewed from notes, color is a golden orange with amber tint, 1/2 inch foamy white head with some minor lacing, some retention, aroma consists of grapefruit, caramel, light Cascade hops, and lemon, taste is much the same with a balanced flavor overall, finish is better but feeds off the malt well, taste is clean and goes from dry to chewy to dry again, as it warms more of the bready malts come out, luckily this one never really got sweet, mouthfeel is toasty, somewhat dry, and citrusy, medium bodied, more carbonation than normal for this style, could drink a few more pints of this, light on the stomach, neutral taste overall that does not lean too much on any one flavor or feel, would drink again, recommended

A: Copper-orange w/ standard 2-finger head.
S: Grassy Hops, alcohol&biscut malt.
T: Almost like a sierra, just a tad less drinkable. Bob (brewmaster) said sierra's his favorite, so it's no suprise he's modeled this one after their pale ale.
M: Very fresh tasting. the bitterness is spot-on. Not sticky or mouth coating.
D: It's got great flavor. Go check them out if you find yourself in the "circle city"!
p.s.- If you go for food as well just get pizza, its the best thing form their kitchen.

This beer arrived with a hazy burnt orange body and a ½ finger of sticky dense foam. The aroma is of floral mild hops and roasted grain with a slightly yeasty background.
The taste is spot-on APA with a slight nip of hops initially, quickly followed by a nice malt rush. The finish is clean with a nice evergreen/grapefruit hop fade.
Very standard issue APA which will not disappoint despite a slightly thin mouthfeel. This beer is highly recommended and has a very nice citrus/floral balance.
