"Loaded with Cascade hops and some Centennial". 12oz on tap at Backstreet Brewing in Vista.
A: Transparent gold with a small white head.
S: Hops are very aromatic, imparting heavy pine resin notes, in addition to orange and grapefruit. No evident malt influence. Faint stone fruit influence.
T: Moderately bitter grapefruit. Dry, with a crackery malt presence. Light pine and orange flesh with equal notes of pith. Alcohol is well hidden. Nice flavor.
M: Upper light to lower medium in body. Mouthfeel is dry and sticky.
Overall: An enjoyable IPA. Good stuff. I had three glasses of this.
