Another beer named in honor of Tony. Fantastic. On tap at Backstreet Vista.
A: Dark orange with a big white head.
S: Bread and biscuit with a whisper of caramel. Hops are light and earthy. There's a touch of fruit, perhaps apple.
T: Low bitterness with a pleasant malt profile that reminds me of biscuit. Smooth and balanced finish.
M: Medium body with matching carbonation.
Overall: A simple style but a well crafted example. Highly drinkable. I can imagine Tony drinking pint after imperial pint of this.
