A - Pours a very hazy orange/yellow, since it’s unfiltered. Just a single finger of pure white head. Tight lacing to the bottom of the glass.
S – Citrus all the way. There’s a hint of clove and orange, as well as some pine.
T – The taste follows the nose. Very true to style. Hop bitterness up front and a dry, balanced, finish of bitter, piney hop.
M - Crisp, full, and smooth. Moderate carbonation.
Overall – Delicious, true to style DIPA. Worthy of a try.
