330 ml bottle, from a minimarket in Funchal. ABV is 5.1%. Golden colour, small white head. Fairly malty aroma and flavour, nothing special here, but drinkable.

Coral is not a beer, it’s a life giving nectar. It smells like a dew in the morning, it’s so refreshing. When you drink it, your body asks for more and more. And it will never let you down. Must try and it’s worth every penny.

Review acording to BJCP2008 guidelines (style 1B). Bottle 20cl Batch LG2116. AROMA: very low malt aroma with a mild grainy and syrupy sweet aroma. No hop aromas. APPEARANCE: light yellow color with some orange tint. white average retention head. very clear. TASTE: somewhat dry flavour with very low levels of sweetness, balanced with low bitterness that seldom persists on the tongue. no hop flavours, diacetyl or esters. PALATE: very light, watery body. moderate carbonation. OVERALL: a bit watered down bulk pale lager.

Bottle opened after hard labour on 19th may 2012.
Bog standard Med larger in all aspects.
Bright, clean and clear looking with the regular swiftly disappearing white head: crispness in the dry tasting beer although there was a sweetness initially in the flavour. No nose worthy of note and a sourness arrived in the mouth as the beer warmed in the glass.

Nov 12 Freshness date.
A: Pours a crystal clear weak yellow. Large forming white head, with a medium to small amount of carbonation. Little lacing.
S: Crisp and sweet malts. Other typical adjunct grains and aromas.
S: Again crisp with a clean aftertaste. Little taste in this lager. More like a carbonated sweet water. Typical cereal grains and a slight hop presence.
O: This Adjunct Lager is very easy to drink, but besides this there is nothing that makes me want another. Average for adjuncts.
