A really nice beer. Served in a plastic glass so take that into account, very little head. Color was a deep golden color. No lacing-again due to the glass. Aroma was of citrus and herbal hops, probably a good dose of simcoe hops. Alcohol was evident but not too much burning. Really good balance for a triple IPA. It is a big beer and needs to be sipped and savored, not drank.

“Triple CCC” meaning Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook. A bit redundant, but it’s only a beer name…. A pretty solid American DIPA. Pours honey-straw in color with minimal head and lace. Aroma is what you would expect from pale malts with the aforementioned hops. Mouthfeel is fairly full with the malt base noticeable. Flavor is somewhat balanced with the significant malt presence, but tilts toward piney, citrusy hop bitterness. A nice beer that I would have again if the opportunity arose, but not a remarkable effort by any means. Not at all distinct.
